DROP OFF: Monday-Friday drop off is any time between 7 am and 5:30 pm. Drop offs between 5:30pm and 6 pm will be charged a $10 per pet late fee. Saturday drop off is between 7 am and Noon. We close at noon on Saturday. There is no Sunday drop off.

PICK UP: Pick is by noon unless your pet is getting a grooming package, otherwise another days boarding is charged to your account. Saturday pick up is by noon. Sunday is between 4-5PM UNLESS its a holiday weekend. Check holiday hours as if we are closed on a Monday, there is no pick up window on Sunday.

A lot of excitement and possibly some diarrhea. You pet may also experience some short term behavior changes and loss of appetite. Some dogs are very messy in a kennel and may get wet or smelly: some even run through or roll in their own pee and poop. (We recommend you book a kennel bath prior to departure)


Sometimes dogs will get cherry nose, hot spots, or happy tail and those are self inflicted injuries that we can't prevent.


Please don't as they can get lost, damaged, wet, or dirty. If you insist on bringing your own items, we are not liable for their loss or damage and we do not provide laundry service for soiled items. Once a pet soils a bed, it is placed in a bag or thrown away and pets are given one of our beds. Beds may get wet during daily cleaning. This is the main reason we prefer to use our own, waterproof beds and bedding we can change out daily without fear of loss. Please just food and edible snacks. Everything else can be mistaken for ours.

Kennel Cough is a generic term for any upper respiratory infection. The vaccine does not always prevent it, but it will help their body fight it off. Many dogs can carry it and show no signs. If your dog is affected, they may show no symptoms or they may get a chesty cough and/or a snotty nose. The virus can be treated by your vet with medication. It is very rarely serious, but can become so if left untreated. Kennel cough is brought in and caught from other dogs, we do not make it here, nor is it an indication of uncleanliness. It is airborne and invisible, and as such cannot really be prevented by cleaning, only by vaccines and a build up of immunity.

We do not accept dogs that are too aggressive to feed or clean up after.

Females in heat can't share a kennel with any other dog.
