Thanks so much for all the loving care that your people used in handling the precious care and love that was shown for me and my family. It was very hard to loose our beautiful precious mom The loving care as to what we asked to be done for my mom was done to the upmost professional and passionate presentation. We had an open casket and our mom looked like a princess. My brother in law and my girlfriend put together a thumb drive with pictures and music that was used during the services for my mom. Sunset Funeral Homes did an outstanding job for my Father's funeral services. The alter flowers were gorgeous and the picture salute was perfect. We then had a police escort to Ft. Bliss for Military honors and burial and we didn't have to organize any of that, Sunset was very efficient and organized for us. Sunset made the grieving process so much easier because we didn't have to worry about anything. Kudos to the westside location and to Chris Lujan for all their help and graciousness during this process.

Martin Funeral Home is located near our home so passing it almost daily and frequenting various times has been part our experiences. We often commented how we needed to stop by to price services for ourselves. People whom we knew had only good things to say about services for their loved ones. As recent as Fall of 2022, extended family member had the sudden loss of her younger brother and the funeral home was able to help the family financially. Knowing that families without financial means are treated similarly to those with means shows Martin Funeral Home commitment to our community. Dealing with the passing of Rafa was very difficult and emotionally draining. And because we mostly glossed over discussion about funeral planning, we valued that the staff gently took the greatest of care addressing important points professionally and also seamlessly with the team. We valued their systematic approach that allowed us to ask and understand pricing, their processes, and what was expected. Having Martin Funeral Home arrange the rosary, reception and mass on the same day was ideal and tailored to the needs of our families and friends. Memorable to us was that we were treated with kindness, respect, and express their sympathy for our loss. And most memorable, were the collaborated efforts and attention to details that showed the uniqueness of Rafa's being and character, and how he continues to give us treasured memories and life experiences. The staff at Dignity Memorial were all very kind and accommodating. The facility on Lee Trevino was very nice, and I know my sister and I would both recommend Dignity Memorial to friends and family, but neither of us lives in EP.
