When travelling across the border from the US, this place is very clean, great gym, great food options and most important safe.

The hotel was nice, clean and the room turnover was done well. My biggest complaint was the lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. We experienced a HVAC malfunction after 9pm on the second or third day and alerted the front desk. We had to call the front desk multiple times and after an hour they finally sent maintenance to assist us. We had to move rooms around 10:30pm which they only approved after we asked the maintenance person to advocate for us.

The next day we requested toilet paper to our room and was told it was on its way. Again, after about half an hour no one came to assist. We called back and a different person answered and when asked if they were aware of our previous request they noted this was their first time hearing of it. Again it took another 30 minutes and no help. It wasn’t until I physically went to the lobby and demanded toilet paper that I was assisted.

Instalaciones y habitación muy Buenas de acuerdo a lo que se paga, solo el servicio no es tan Bueno , no respetan el precio ya reservado anteriormente, o de otra forma tienen toda la información mal y quieren hacer cobros extras.

The room was Ok however when we went into the roof top bar we wanted to take a table but the bar tenders did not allowed us due “it was reserved”. After some time, nobody came to that table so I asked why it was “reserved” and what was needed to “reserve” a table. The answer was “the manager reserved it for somebody else”. I asked to talk to the manager, he came after a while and he mentioned the table was assigned to “somebody” that went to their room and they were going to “supposedly” come back and bill was “open”. Nobody came ever. The waiters mentioned it was “reserved” for DJ. So they had conflicting versions between each other and were not matching. Service was partially good and tvs were not all working. DJ music was nice but Pool closed top early at 9 PM.

Price is too expensive for a room. Amenities like pool and music should last longer
