Every single time I come here is a waste of gas, thinking they will restock the live bugs for my bearded dragon. Live bugs means live bugs not dead bugs that have been sitting there for over a month and nobody checks on any of them. My fiancé grabbed two things of meal worms and didn’t check them come home and they’re all dead and there’s not even the amount that said that was there. I don’t think I will be shopping at the stores anymore.


Truly care about pet. Groomer (Desray) very conscientious as if they are her own. Everyone thinks my babies look cute. I also brought product and they will only carry healthy items and have stopped carrying items because of their ingredients. Truly conscientious.


Guess this store feels like opening and closing whenever they feel like it, google says 9, I call and call and they never answer, who ever manages this location needs to be replaced, I constantly see new employees, and that tells me management must be poor to have that high of a turn over rate. Also theres no hours on the door so how am I suppose to know your hours?, so for now on, I'm petsmart all the way, **** update **** After posting this review I visited the store one last tim to use my last rewards coupon, I guess the sharp mouthed manager recognized me and said "here comes josh". I asked the manager what time they close at, and she said whenever corporate calls her. Then I asked her "how come you dont have hours on the door?" And she replied, "we never got around to doing that" then I said I came last night at 8:40 and your doors were closed, and she didnt apologize, or say anything. I also said so many other people were also there, confused, wondering why you shut down early? And I told her I'm reporting her to corporate and she replied "I could care less." I called other petcos and they all informed me they close at 9 on weekdays.
